Campus Center Walk in Wednesday: New US Passport Acceptance

Every first Wednesday of the month during the semester, Campus Center will host a US Passport Acceptance Day. If you are applying for a new US Passport (using the DS-11 Form only), we accept your completed application. There will be a sign in sheet for attendees as passport acceptance will be done on a first come/first served basis from noon till 2pm (the last slot is 1:40pm) at the Campus Center Computer Lab and Lounge. Please make sure that you have all the necessary documents. Please see the US Dept of State website: www.travel.state.gov. We are able to do passport photos on site for a fee. Credit card payment via pay.gov is possible before your visit for the passport fee. You will need to pay the acceptance fee when you come for your appointment (cash or credit card only). If you need an appointment for another date, please contact the CC Info and ID Office at 808-956-7235. *Subject to change
