Dr. Julio RodrÃguez, Director, ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥M Center for Language & Technology, will discuss the knowledge and skills that world language professionals need to develop for the principled integration of generative AI into the design and implementation of learning experiences. He will share how this knowledge may be cultivated and applied, and how generative AI may be used to foster opportunities for learner engagement and greater autonomy.
