Songs for a Storm - ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Choirs Concert

May 2, 7:30pm - 8:30pm
Kawaiahaʻo Church, 957 Punchbowl Street

Join the ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Choirs and special guests Hawai‘i Education for the ARTS for an evening of choral music that explores, honors, and celebrates rain. Rain has long fascinated music makers – it can be a symbol of the power of nature and the divine, a metaphor for love, change, and perseverance, or even just a reason to go dance and sing in the street. Enjoy works in nine different languages from a wide array of genres and styles – from Bollywood to Broadway, from O‘ahu to Latvia, and even from Renaissance-era France to Bruno Mars!
