The Student Media Board is a Chartered Student Organization that governs student media programs at the University of Hawaiテ環サi at Mテツ]oa, such as Ka Leo, Hawaiテ環サi Review, KTテロフヌヨアイ・, and テロフヌヨアイ・ Productions. テつThrough the mandatory student activity fees - Board of Publication Fee (BOP) and the Broadcast Communication Fee (BCA), Student media programs receive $16 (BOP fee is $13 and BCA fee is $3) per student each semester to pay for the operations and service delivery of these programs. This fee has remained stagnant since the 1980s. The SMB is proposing a fee increase to continue funding these critical student programs. テつテつ
SMB will be presenting information about the fee increase proposal on the following days:
Monday, November 13 at 6:00PM - 7:00PM at Campus Center 308.
Tuesday, November 14 at 6:00PM - 7:00PM テつat Campus Center 307.
Come to learn about the fee proposal, how media fees are being used and what programs and services are funded.
