Kalo Community Workday at Urban Garden Center

September 8, 9:00am - 11:30am
Mānoa Campus, ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Urban Garden Center, 955 Kamehameha Hwy., Pearl City, HI 96782 (behind Home Depot)

We’ll gather to harvest the surplus kalo from our field and share from our living collection. This is a wonderful opportunity to: * Learn about the many kalo varieties in CTAHR's collection. * Take home fresh kalo and planting material (huli). * Connect with community members who care for this culturally important food crop. Everyone will be able to take home six huli free of charge. I
